Whataburger

They are always good to me employees always pleasant to me.

Work nearby and try to eat here once a week. Have had a few days of slow service but otherwise decent until today. At the counter, I ordered a #4 with mustard all the way. The server rang up no veggies. I saw it on the screen and told her with everything. She told me I said mustard only and rolled her eyes. I apologized and said I meant all the way( who knows maybe I did accidentally say only?) Gave me the tent , did not acknowledge my thanks, and then said to the crew, " that number 4 with no veggies Is supposed to say everything , it was just a joke". Well I continued being non confrontational. A different lady brought my burger with no vegetables on it, and as she gave it to me told me "it says no veggies" . I guess they put the mustard on with a boat paddle as it was 3 times the normal amount.
Well whatever I ate my disgusting food and left as I take short lunch breaks.
I guess they were having a bad day? Or maybe because I'm in my twenties she thought it was a joke.
Ruined the second half of my day

This place has been pretty on point. If you go through drive thru it takes a minute for someone to come to window. One night I sat there for 20 min before a cashier came and took my money.
Tonight I ordered a chicken fajita and chicken melt. I think I ate more grease than anything. Tortilla was sopping wet and so was bun. It was bland as hell. But in all it is the closets and they do pretty good. Always clean.

Order perfect every time! Delicious burgers, made to order. Courteous staff is an added plus.
