    Trying not to cry as I finished my last plate. This is food for the soul ! This food truck came in my life when I needed it the most and they became my comfort meal for when I needed a pick me up ! This food has roots and reminds me every time of who I am and where I came from. Thank you all so much for making every single dish special & with so much love! Never stop aiming for your dreams !
