Mattenga's Pizzeria SCHERTZ

Eating out is a luxury for us so if we’re gonna have pizza it HAS to be mattengas. They are amazing! Everything is super fresh. Ordering online is extremely easy and it always arrives for delivery before the estimated time they give you. Errors happen, no one is perfect. One day my pie came a little wonky, I called and without question they placed a new one in to cook right away and delivered it within 30 min of my phone call. Top notch services, kind individuals, and amazing food!

Me and my parents eat here quite a lot and food is fresh and delicious, staff is amazing, atmosphere is calm and not as crowded, but on the weekends it gets pretty busy but not too busy. Alyssa, a server over here is amazing! Hit her up! She is awesome!

Best pizza, breadsticks, and salad I have ever had! Had a lot of helpful staff. The place was very clean. Not expensive at all. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend! Great place!!!!!

Good solid pizza at a decent price. Tuesday nights they sometimes have a kids meal where they get to make their own pizza. It's quite fun and the kids love it.

A must try is the Zeppole, which are essentially Italian donut holes, and are extremely delicious.

We really like their spaghetti. The large has four meatballs and lots of pasta. Usually we have leftovers for the next day.

They have take out and delivery as well.

Great family owned business with amazing food. The pizza is outstanding as is the customer service. They also give back to the community through school spirit nights and have given free pizza to the teachers at our kids school!
