Abel's Diner

My wife and I were very impressed by the friendly atmosphere, tasty homemade food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Abel, the owner stopped by and chatted with us. He's very friendly and appreciative of his customers. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal in a friendly environment. We'll definitely be back.

The biscuits and gravy were excellent. Not to mention how wonderful the chicken fried steak and eggs were. Staff was so friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Update: Visited again on 03/25/19 for dinner, my husband ordered the steak and I had the special. The steak was cooked Perfectly and the mixed vegetables were so good I ordered another small portion instead of dessert. lol Our waitress was Excellent and very attentive! This is another location we Love to visit.

Food is good, some staff can use a bit more training on making sure the patrons are taken care of regarding drinks, napkins and so on.

The food was plentiful and great tasting. It was the first time for me and my wife to eat at Abel's. For me it went beyond the food. I was impressed with the comfort feeling while I was there. The staff was friendly and there for your dining experience. I felt like I had been here before, I just felt at home, relaxed and among friends. My wife and I always go out for breakfast on Saturday and we had a place we would go to in the town we live in. I think we just found our new Saturday morning restaurant at Abel's Diner.

You know, you just anticipate that you get what you order when dining out. Abel's delivers on that level! Delicious eggs cooked exactly like I wanted them; crispy bacon, hot buttered toast. When folks excel at the expected, simple things in wonderful ways, you just want to cheer them on and tell others. Consider yourself told! Enjoy Abel's!
