Q Sushi and Grill

I called to make a reservation, but they do not accept reservations only with larger parties. The owner was super kind to text me and tell me they would be closed for Valentine's Day.

It's a small place so we were warned there would be a wait at dinner time.

Must be patient as there are only 3 of them working.

The food was amazing. Honestly, worth the wait. We had the Hawaiian, Hulk, Cowboy, and one other.

I absolutely ADORE Q sushi! I am terribly picky and they are so nice about making a couple small changes to my orders. Food is always fresh and warm when it’s supposed to be or cold when it’s supposed to be. Very friendly people and comfortable, clean atmosphere. So happy to have a man awesome local sushi place🥰

I think this just might be my new Sushi place. It was good and they have unique rolls. I had the Cowboy roll and it was amazing and I am not that big of a cream cheese fan but the seared beef on top matched very well with the cream cheese. Will be back.

It is the perfect addition to Schertz and to the small business industry. Small mom and pop style but with Sushi. The American Dream right here. Very nice folks food was Great and Id say probably better then the bigger sushi places. Help keep these Guys going and help them grow this awesome food and people. Come try them and show them some love.

This quaint little sushi joint is not at all how it first appears. Inside is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Cozy atmosphere with the most lovely staff. And goodness the sushi! This is not your run of the mill boring sushi rolls. These are creative, fresh, delicious, and come on a playfully decorated plate. We are so glad we took a chance and we were pleasantly surprised. We absolutely loved this place and I wish we lived closer so we could come all the time!!
