My family and I visited today. I loved it. They have a bit of everything and breakfast all day. I absolutely love when the food tastes like home cooking. It was delicious. I had an omelet, my husband a waffle and sausage, and my daughter had chicken strips all of which tasted great. Everything seemed to be cooked to order and fresh nothing out of the freezer or premade. Then it was pleasant to hear laughter and fun coming from the kitchen not mention the music ❤ Made it feel very homey and everyone was polite. We will be back. 😊
Wanted breakfast at noon that wasn't Mexican! Found this little jewel, hole in the wall with 4 tables that serves breakfast all day amongst the good sized breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu! Southern style cooking at its best! Met Chef Dominic and his uncle Marshall plus mom! What a great little place! The food was amazing! If you're in Schertz, stop by our order out because not much seating! If you like comfort food, this is the place!
Don’t let the small exterior fool you - this place is full of big flavor, quality ingredients and excellent service. I ordered the Eye Opener on the everything bagel and added pulled pork for only $1 more. My boyfriend ordered the Country Platter. Everything was delicious and piping hot. They didn’t take took long to make it either. Staff also offered their homemade salsa which was perfectly spicy and had great flavor. Finished it off with one of the best peach cobblers I’ve ever had. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful throughout, we felt right at home. Can’t wait to try more of their menu!
My husband and I just ate breakfast here. Let me start off by saying the owner/chef is super friendly, felt like family from the moment we walked in. Ordered country breakfast plate and taco trio. Food was amazing! And also got couple slices of their homemade delicious cakes! Definitely will be coming back soon!
My wife and I just got done eating there and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything is home-made, even the barbecue sauce which is incredibly good. We had the brisket and bacon cheeseburger and they were both the best we have ever had. I encourage everyone to at least try this place. You will be glad you did. The owners were fantastic too, so polite and grateful for the business. God Bless to the Zippliners Kitchen staff!
