McDonald's

During the day time this place is great. You get fresh food and your order is right. I can't say the same thing at night. I have gone there on two different occasions in the evening at the drive-thru and get the wrong order. I need to start looking in the bag before I leave. The first time I went and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with Big Mac sauce and got a bag of chicken nugget sauces and tonight I ordered a double cheeseburger and 2 hot and spices and get chicken nuggets and fries. I think the night shift needs to work on their quality control.

The customer service is decent, haven’t really had a complaint there. However, the last couple times I’ve gone for breakfast I noticed that there is an inconsistency with the pricing on their food. Up on the actual menu, it says 2 sausage burritos for $2.40, but when you look under the everyday value menu, it says each burrito is $1.00. I’ve mentioned this mistake to the managers and employees, and every time they just say “oh we’ll check it out”. I really think something needs done about that. Also, there food could probably be cooked a little better as well. There are plenty of times I have gone and their food isn’t fresh. It’s a good establishment, they just need to do better on keeping their food fresh and fixing their prices to the correct price.

No problems on my visit. Looks modern and clean with decent service. Everything was good, though just like every McDonald's I've ever been too, the coffee is way too hot.

I give my business to McDonalds way too much because my kids love their product however the McDonald's often forgets a product that I've ordered and I get home and find out that I'm missing something from my order and I have a long drive back so in that sense I'm giving only three stars and some days I might not even feel like getting that much. One thing is for certain their french fries and their strawberry shakes are very good and McDonald's is willing to modify their burgers because my wife likes to order Quarter Pounders with most things removed except for adding Big Mac sauce to make a little bit bigger Big Mac

This Mcdonalds is great in the mornings and afternoon. Customer associates are friendly in the morning. Associates in the afternoon are good. Food is good never had a problem. Service is quick enough time for our lunch break. Dining area seems to be clean. Overall experience is good.
