Wow!
This is very good hibachi style Japanese style food! Especially for little old Plainview Texas.
We've eaten at dozens of hibachi restaurants, in including EVERY Benihana in America. This place is closer to the OG to anywhere in Texas we've tried. Granted there's hundreds we haven't been to, but We see no need to drive to Lubbock or Amarillo anymore for a hibachi fix.
The scallops, shrimp and lobster were cooked as they should be - bouncing rubber balls!
The steak was a little over done, but he'll We didn't come for steak. 🙂
We will be back, and likely get take out for work a couple times a month.
Oh, and the giant portrait of the Himalayan Mastiff is beautiful too.
