Holy Smoked Barbecue

We were there on a Friday, around 11.
The place was empty, you sit yourself and the server comes to give you menus and take your order.
We had
ribs- dry, the meat was not flavorful, I only ate where there was barbecue sauce and it was sparse. It was tender but dry somehow?
pulled pork- good, nothing to write home about but best meat on my plate
(they were out of brisket and regular sausage, among other things)
also Cole slaw- not seasoned at all, and practically tasteless
fried pickles- seasoned and fried perfectly
potato salad- unexpectedly seasoned and very good
Sweet tea- good
Water- good (I add this because sometimes tap water in different places tastes weird)
I liked it's close proximity to the truck stop (Love's). We parked our truck and walked in.
Tldr:
The service was good, the food wasn't great, and the location is good.

Food was great and so was service. People should try this place.

The food and the staff amazing! Best pulled pork I’ve ever had.
