This place is the bomb. A hole in the wall that serves gumbo, hush puppies and pickled green tomatoes with every meal. I eat here as often as I can. The fried shrimp is delicious!

Quick service, good food, place isn't that fancy but we enjoyed our dinner. Hushpuppies are good flavor with a niche crunch, fried shrimp and catfish are crispy and not overcooked. Spouse enjoyed the tomato relish.

This is a family operated restaurant. The food and very tasty and was plentiful. I really liked the cocktail sauce. With a little spice and not sweet like so many places make. Loved the tea. The little cup of gumbo was a nice touch. The waitress was nice and efficent without being intrusive. Menu prices are moderate and nice quality and quantity. About the only issues I saw was a bit of a run down look on the seating. A little work here would help spruce up the place up. It seems many older folks like to eat here. The prices and the family atmosphere certainly will drawn them in. This place does not have the strict culture many want. But it is a down home and friendly place to eat.
