    I was driving through Silsbee Texas on my way to Beaumont. I just happened to see a sign for Doc's Bar B Que...I was hungry at the time and many times these "hole-in-the-wall" places are the best. I was not disappointed. The signature item, the brisket sandwich was flavorful and juicy. It had just the right amount of smoke. After I ate, I ordered another one for the road. The owner said this spot just opened. I was glad I found it. Kudos to the chef!!
