Rooster's

This is by far the best restaurant in Baytown I have ever eaten at. My husband and I shared an appetizer and a plate dinner and had enough fabulous leftovers to take home for my lunch tomorrow. The service was very attentive and gracious. The only negative thing I can say is they’re closed on the weekend. Great food and service definitely worth the recommendation and the five star review.

I was not impressed upon my first visit and the lunch item I picked. I had the lunch chicken fried steak, and my friend had the 1/3 bacon burger. I didn’t find any flavor to the steak or gravy, so it was bland to me. I did get a few bites of the bacon burger, and it was better than my meal. I would return to try something else on a future visit to this area, so my opinion and review could change on a different choice.

Great historic dinner with a family atmosphere of way back in the 60's or early 70s. Great food ????. Reasonable price. Standard country cooking, they even have a small butcher shop market. Not sure but I think you can still pick your steak ????

I'm a mom in college. I get a call from the boyfriend that everyone is sick and dying of starvation. I didn't realize the joke but I got to try Rooster's finally! I didn't realize the time time but I called and asked to place an order. As a first time customer, A++ for customer service on the phone. Once I got there, they made me feel welcomed and were so awesome. We will be back. Side note: please be respectful of closure times and items ordered.

Incredible service. Seriously one of the best servers I have ever had, wish I knew her name!! Truly a great dining experience. Good food too! The salmon is cooked perfectly
