    My initial experience was horrible due to the window person. I must say, the manager Tee was absolutely incredible. Since that evening I was unable to return, she offered to prepare the whole ticket all over again. The response time was that same evening. I'm sure the guy was just having a bad day but with response like this one was great...thank you!!

    Food is always hot & fresh. The staff is always friendly & up beat. I went inside to dine in 6 mins till close and they still served me with a smile.

    Stopped here for a 20 piece. The service was fast and the chicken was hot. And the lady at the counter had a big pretty smile.

    The best chicken around. Always fresh and hot. Never old and hard like KFC'S.

    For the long drive it took me to get there, the food came out fresh. Everyone seemed to be pitching in with the behind the scenes for prep, cook, bagging. etc. Considering I had 2 large orders placed before me, the wait was under 20 minutes. If you know how long it takes to fry chicken then its understood and not a thing to get all fussy over. Not a shrimp was spared that night!
