Never had a problem..everyone is nice and the service is okay!! Love the app!!! I usually order and pay...then hit the button that you are there! It is always ready when I arrive!!

Quick pick up, and usually a short line. *Although you always need to check your order, when they hand you your food. *Sometimes they forget to give you your complete order, or exactly what you ordered. (Always check your order before you leave).

Ordered the donut sticks. Got to the window & was told they weren't ready. Asked how long it would take & worker said it takes 3 minutes start to finish. OK. So even though there were 3 minutes in between me ordering, paying, and getting the food, they weren't ready. I pulled up & waited 3 minutes but ended up leaving without since I didn't want the fries to get cold. I hate when places rush part of your order & then let it get cold while they're waiting on the other part. There is usually some issue when I go so my 3 stars is based upon all visits not just this one visit.

I’ve started using the app the order and it’s made my McDonald’s life much easier. You can use the drive thru, go inside, or park in one of the marked spaces and they’ll bring it out to you. You have to be in the parking lot before they start to make your order so it’s always fresh! It makes it a breeze if you’re just making a coffee run too!
