Beautiful job!!!

Chris BBQ Shop performs a quarterly cleaning on our outdoor kitchen grill. It is a fantastic service that I never knew I needed! Now, I can’t go without it. Chris does an amazing job keeping our grill clean and shiny! No more gross residue we can’t get off… and our grilled food even tastes better. I highly recommend his company and service.

What a great experience dealing with Chris's BBQ Shop!
I was looking for a grill to get my Son as a gift. He wanted a good quality smoker/grille combo that was simple to operate without having to manage pit temperature variations (he has 3 little ones that keep him occupied).
Chris made some suggestions and sent me some information to research and after many more conversations with him, I decided to go with the Pit-Boss Pellet smoker/Gas Grill combo.
Chris delivered it, assembled it, and gave us a good orientation on how to use and maintain it.
Of course my son was very eager to try it out so we got a small briquet to smoke along with some rib-eyes to grille and threw them on the pit.
He used some of the seasoning suggested and sold by Chris and away he went.
I cannot tell you how great this pit performed. We set the temperature and did not have to constantly manage the pit temp. When the meat met proper temp, we pulled it out and let it rest. Of course we had to take the taste-test and OMG - The meat was very flavorful and tender.
All in all, we realize that this is not our traditional way of Bar-B-Q cooking, but the time, ease of cooking, and spending more quality Family time together was well worth it - I assure you that you will not be disappointed with a Pellet smoker/cooker.
