    The Manager on shift was Xavier. Xavier was all smiles polite and friendly. All of the staff was very nice and made sure all of the sandwiches were made the way I asked. I will definitely stop here again. Definitely over some of the other places in Baytown. Customer Service is hard to come by today but not at this Jersey Mike's.

    Very nice people great service and delicious food !! Love it when you come to a place and they actually talk to you !! Love that I can get mine in a dish or warp !!! As my son would say I give it 100 stars 🌟

    Food is always good. Employees are really friendly and interactive. I don't just stand in line and get ignored like some other places. They actually converse with thier customer. I think the sandwiches are a bit pricey but honestly don't mind the extra expense for a great sandwich and great employees. That combo makes it worth the cost to me.

    The best sandwiches! So fresh. A little but of a wait at times but the fresh carved meat makes these sandwiches next level and worth the wait.
