Mom's Kountry Cafe

This place has been a main dish on the East side of town since before I was born. The food is great-lots of down home dinners, great table service, karaoke and live bands throughout the week. Great place for family fun.

The server was good but going during lunch you'd really expect them to be a little bit quicker. Took a bit too long to get our food so we had to eat in a hurry and didn't get to enjoy it. I can't fault her for the kitchen issues but I also won't give more than 3 stars right now.

The food and atmosphere here is awesome. My only negative about this place is the cigarette smell. Other than that, great place!

I've always been told for years about how good the food was there but until 5 days ago I've never tried it. It doesn't look all that but the biscuits and gravy I ordered was so delicious. The biscuits were huge, big and fluffy. I loved it. Now I wasn't exspecting to give a review on it so I didn't even look at the menu so I have no clue about the prices or what all they serve. It was breakfast time and I knew what I wanted , so no need to look at the menu. I do know they have buffets for breakfast. Not so sure about lunch and dinner. As soon as I go back I'll check it all out and give more details.

If you like feeling like you're at your grandmother's or your aunt's for some home cooking this is where you come. Yes they smoke in the place but its no different then being at your own home. Good food, Waitress are very friendly...
