Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered carside to go. Food was great, server was excellent but there is very little lighting outside the building. I actually passed it up & had to turn around.

Great service and even better drinks. The food was good the fish I got was a little over cooked but still good. The fish and chips is really good nice and crispy, well seasoned.

This place needs updating. When you walk in you are welcomed by cigarette smoke from the bar. As a non smoker and with so many regulations against tabacco nowadays, you'd think they would want to better their business by getting with the program. This place has more of a bar feel than family dining experience. If you've ever seen the movie "Hall Pass", you can appreciate this review a little more.

I took a large group of 22 people into this Applebee's at 10:30 PM without notice. We were greeted kindly and the hostess quickly sat us on the south side of the restaurant. With 22 people we ordered, received our food, ate and were out within 1.5 hours. The waitress Kimberly was excellent and attentive to our needs.

I also returned to the restaurant with my family on Christmas Day for an evening meal. We chose to sit with Kimberly and again received exceptional service. Management came by and checked on us several times during our visit as well. Food took a bit longer than usual, but the restaurant was packed, so that is to be expected. Food was good and came out warm.

I was one of those who had wrote this place off due to horrible service, cold food, long wait times for food or service, and the smoke smell. Completely different experience both of these recent times under the new management. Give them a chance to earn your business back!!!
