Manny's Pizza & Pasta

Honestly love this place, everything is delicious. I love getting the Chicken Alfredo, the Philly steak, the Greek Salad, or a florentine pizza so yummy!
Also they have really good desserts, the overload chocolate cake yumm or the tiramisu!!
The pizza is all handrolled which I love, and the alfredo is a homemade recipe which makes it extra tasty!

I stand by most of my original review with the exception of staff. Tonight's order was 18min late. This is the 2nd time that we've had issues with the lady taking orders. The time prior to this, we were out and about, so my husband walked in to order. Upon return within the specified time, the employee told him they didn't have his order and asked to take his order again. He said nevermind and walked out. An hour or two later, I received a call from the same employee asking if we still wanted our order. I stated no, questioned how they had our order now, and re-stated the events that took place. She changed her story, stating that she never stated that they didn't have his order, that she was trying to confirm his order, and that our order was ready when he came in. I stated that her change of story did not make sense, as it would be common practice to obtain the customer's info, repeat their order to them, and either give the order to the customer or state that it would be ready soon. Besides, why wait so long to follow-up?

Unsure why there's been a drastic change in customer service, but I hope that it goes back to what it used to be. We really like their pizza and would prefer to remain customer's of Manny's.

Good pizza, good prices, and nice staff!
I definitely prefer Manny's over Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns.

This is the 2nd best pizza that I have had since I moved here. The things most places don't realize hurt them is the delivery drivers. I wish I wouldn't have tipped prior to getting my food delivered. Be sure to train on diversity if you want your business to succeed.
