Chili's Grill & Bar

Everything came out hot and taste fresh. We had great service. Highly recommend.

Chili's is a place I'm always excited to go to but never impressed when I leave. The strawberry lemonades are pretty good though. The waitress was very attentive and on the spot even though she seemed pretty slammed. Good for what the place is.

We enjoyed the 3 for $10 menu. A drink, a starter and an entree. I ordered a side salad and it tasted good. My wife ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and she said it was excellent. We both ordered the cajun chicken pasta and the flavor was delicious.

Went there to celebrate a couple.of birthdays. We were surprised that it was not very busy for a Saturday evening but that was a plus as there was no wait. The staff was very nice. The drinks and appetizers were brought quickly. We were checked on throughout the meal and the food was very good. We will be going back

The hostess was not very good. She did her job, but she is rude and does the bare minimum. There were dirty tables for 10+ minutes and open tables, yet she was just standing there or completely MIA and there was a 20 minute wait. No sense of urgency. Once a table was cleaned for us, which had been dirty since we got there mind you, the table was left completely wet. I had to ask for a towel to dry the table because our menus were sticking to the table.

One thing I will say is that the manager did come by to check on us, which was nice. She made sure our appetizer came out quickly and that our drinks were correct. I think they could see we were visibly upset with our experience so far, and service certainly turned around. Even the hostess stepped up her game. Our experience went from a 2 star to a 4 star due to the attentiveness of management.
