Whataburger

I am a Pescatarian so I often order irregular things on the menu or combine them. The staff here made my order to perfection the staff was amazing and the customer service they provided was phenomenal. Thanks Tony and Maria. ❤️ You guys were kind even in the late hour.

Visited this location yesterday. There was some sort of party with very very loud music. There was so many people, mostly children, which is not a problem but giving some background to help understand. While all this is happening the representative was trying to take our order and he was very distracted by everything going on. I repeated the order a few times he kept getting distracted. One time he was distracted by another representative that made him stop asking me what I wanted in my burger so she could ask where to take some milkshakes. He paid attention to her and then he asked me again what I had said. Giving 3 stars because I have always liked whataburger's food. But I didn't like the customer service at this location. Having worked in the industry in the past I would recommend better training specially for that moment where coworker interrupts cashier talking to the customer. Wait. Always wait since the customer in front of you should be priority in my opinion. Or hope it was just this one time due to everything going on. Bathrooms were not very clean and one of the two bathroom doors had the handle broken so it was not closing.

Ordered 2 meals and 2 coffees. The burgers were good as always. The drive through guy was friendly but confused. First said no fries bc their fryer was off for the night (1 or 1:30am). Then suddenly there was fries. The coffee was so weak and very light in color. Upon tasting it was so watered down. Not very apologetic or caring when told and asked for a soda instead. Usually get better customer service here. Seemed like it was being run by a bunch of teenagers

Decent fast food joint with burgers all day. Good breakfast selection. The tots were good and shaped kind of like a steak fry. Great for dipping. They have diet Dr pepper on the drink machine which made my fiance happy. The spicy ketchup wasn't very spicy which was kind of disappointing but didnt ruin my day or anything. The biscuits were great!
