Chick-fil-A

My experience at our new neighborhood Chick-fil-A was impressive! Mandy, the Operations Mgr, took my order and through her friendliness she engaged me in conversation. I told her I was in grad school and was working on 2 projects, adding I was taking a break for lunch. Shortly after my food arrived at my table on the patio, she came out and brought a bag. Inside was a handwritten card wishing me good luck and words of encouragement signed by the staff!!!!! She also included a stress ball and a little Chick-fil-A stuffed cow. This went SO far and beyond average service. This was personalized and excellent service! Great job!

Ok, I had to do a review because this is getting to be rediculous. Why in the world did I order 2 Ckn Minis 4ct and one of them only had 2 in them.
I don’t even think there is something on the menu with only 2.

This is the 3 rd time they have messed up an order of mine, for the prices things should come correct Every single time. I live in Bridgeland but I may have to start going and telling everyone if they want their food correct to go to the Chick Fila in Townlake.

Also the girl that took my order was not nice at all!!
