Corky's Ribs & BBQ - Cypress

I absolutely love love their ribs! Every single rub is out of this world delicious! This is a weekly place to eat for my entire family! Huge variety of food great drinks too! The decor is amazing! Family friendly and great bar selection!

I go a lot to the Woodlands location and if I don't arrive early with my co-workers we risk a lot of the meat being sold our. This is my first time eating at the Cypress location. The server didn't know much about the menu and it was clear she didn't have experience. She didn't repeat the order back to the table and got half of our order wrong. Because we had 7 people on our table, the restaurant included 18% tip in our bill and we didn't feel the service valued that. The corn portion compared to the other sides was very small.
Other than the ribs that were dry and with no taste compared to other BBQ restaurants there are close by, we all liked the food and presentation looked great.

Food was good. We had kids chicken strips, 2 - beef ribs 1-dry, 1-wet and the sausage jalapeno cheddar sandwich.
The service was good. First timers get a pulled pork sample to try. All was as expected for another smokehouse restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and not very loud. I would recommend this establishment.

Great BBQ! We went when it wasn't too busy, so the service was quick and our server was great. The food was pretty good and definitely filling. I had the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese, both of which I would recommend. I would definitely come back to Corky's again to try some of their other food.
