The frozen yogurt is good , this one worker was been rude to not just me but to another couple at the place . Beside that , the yogurt is good.
I went to Orange Leaf for the first time recently after having lived in the Cypress area for several years.
The experience I had was a very nice one where the employee answered all of my questions.
I'm unable to eat any dairy options and had come in due to going to a different frozen yogurt place which claimed to offer dairy free options on their website but in store I was told they didn't have any nor do they normally ever have any and a friend recommended Orange Leaf. (The review for the first frozen yogurt place I went to is under my reviews).
Orange Leaf offers 5 or 6 different dairy free options on their website but this location I was informed they rotate 2 different flavors every week or so. This is great news for me because it allows someone like me to come in frequently enough to treat myself without breaking the bank or feeling like I'm eating the same thing over and over through a limited variety.
I enjoyed Orange Leaf so much on my first visit that I went back the next day with my brother who also cannot have dairy and he had a great experience too compared to other frozen yogurt places that he has tried in the past.
Additionally, Orange Leaf offers a discount for students if you show them your student ID which makes it much cheaper than other frozen yogurt places. For instance, I paid under $4 for my froyo with fruit toppings (including tax) when a similar portion/weight (as froyo places typically base price on weight) would be between $5-6.
And the second visit I had I learned that depending on which day you visit you're able to get a discount if you do not have a student ID (i.e. a family discount on a particular day or a senior discount on a particular day, etc). And they also have coloring competitions for 12 and under to win rewards. Additionally, there is also a discount on (I believe University of Houston) game days. I like that Orange Leaf does this because it means that they interact with the community around them and is a friendly place to visit.
I highly recommend Orange Leaf over other frozen yogurt places! I'm thinking of making a visit once a week from henceforth!
I had the cheesecake/strawberry gelato mix with strawberries, strawberry boba, and hot fudge.. it was soo good I got a second bowl. Sad to say that was my dinner. Hehe I was full. And I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The employees are so very very nice and professional (Kaitelyn and Austin the manager).
Mediocre. Always amazed when they ask you to look at credit card device to see what size tip you'll offer. Its self serve for crying out loud. No service. Why even ask patrons for a tip, the ice cream is expensive enough?
Super nice staff! Could use new furniture. Yummy ????
