Star Cinema Grill

Very relaxing place. Me and my family loves to go here. Seats are very comfortable, service is very upscale. Drinks are watered down a lot, food could be better. Sliders, spinach dip and egg rolls are good but always cold. Prices are extremely too high for cold food.

My wife and I and our friends visit here frequently. We absolutely love it. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. 2 areas of improvement, though:

1. The cubby holes in the tables (where the menus used to be stored) clearly don't get cleaned out between viewings. We always find straw wrappers and ticket stubs and used napkins shoved in there.

2. The new VIP parking is literally a waste of space and taking up parking room. I've yet to see more than 2 or 3 cars at a time parked in those spots. Perhaps more people use them on opening nights for big films, but from my experience they're mostly empty, leaving a big portion of the lot unusable.

But these are just minor gripes. Overall, we always have a great experience. Nice screens, great food, and friendly staff!

There is no other theater I will go to. This is hands down the best. Best service, best screens, best food, best of cleaning, best of everything. We've been twice so it was not a fluke. Both experiences had happy servers that were genuinely caring about the customer, provided good tips and fantastic service. What more can be said, this is my favorite place to go out. Value for the money for sure. The pretzels are a personal favorite, but all that we have had has been great.

Macy was amazing. We wanted to have a private viewing of Top Gun at Star Cinema Cypress and Macy made it happen. We had 70 of our closest friends in a private theater with food, drinks, and snacks. We wait staff were professional, timely, and friendly. The theater is our favorite by far. Thank you Macy for a great night!!

I deeply thank all the personnel at this cinema because my wallet got out of my pocket and they kept it safe until I picked it up, thanks thanks thanks.

I was positively surprised about the food quality, the street tacos are OUTSTANDINGLY GREAT, we also ordered the sandwiches and a pizza and all the food is so tasty, keep doing it great guys.

The food serving service cannot be better and the seats are very comfortable, if i could put more starts i certainly would.

Great place to go!
