I decided to give this establishment a try for lunch, and I am pleased to say that it was a wise choice.

I ordered the Tortabirria, and it was simply outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the level of spiciness was just right for my palate. However, if you prefer a spicier dish, they provide a variety of sauces that can elevate the heat level to your liking.

I am certain that we will be returning to this establishment in the future.

On my second visit, I opted for the burrito, and it was equally excellent.

I also appreciate the fact that they serve their large drinks in Mason jars and offer a selection of freshly made hot sauces.

The food is AMAZING. Really big servings, I honestly wasn't expecting the tacos and burritos to be that filled.
    Portions and flavor 10/10.
And the desserts are really good too.
    100% recommend.

No lie when I tell y’all these are the best birria tacos ever!!! you HAVE to try them!! Super juicy and tender birria meat. Also a family owned business and everyone is very nice and attentive :) don’t forget to try a margarita and they also have fruit infused tequilas!

This place is slept on and I’m surprised that not many people know about Tacos El Patron. I came here twice this week because I had to show more of my friends about this spot. The inside is cozy and has many paintings/decorations of Frida Kahlo. There’s a good amount of space inside and my friend and I were seated right away. The water came in cute mason jars and the complimentary chips and salsa were great. As for the sauces, there were 4 bottles with different flavors- be careful of one of them because there is a habanero sauce which is super spicy!

I ordered the Birria Taco, Asada, and Lengua while my friend got the Taco de Pescado (Battered fish), Birria, and Carnita. When you order 2 or more tacos, you can get free sides which include Nopales (Cactus), Ceballa Asada (Griled Onion), Rabanos (radishes), and frijoles (beans).
Everything tasted amazing but the star of the show was the Birria Taco. Wow, even without the broth on the side, this taco is so juicy and this place is generous with the amount of beef they put inside. The shell is crispy and the flavor is impeccable. And when dipping the Birria Taco in the broth, words can’t express how delicious every bite was.

Aside from the incredible food and cozy interior, the staff members were so kind. They frequently checked up on my friends and I to make sure our experience here was good and gave good recommendations for food. All in all, I absolutely love Tacos El Patron and this place deserves more recognition!

This one was hard not to give a 5 star but I couldn't. First of all I want to say that staff was very nice and helpful but service was slow. Took them about 10min to bring our drinks out after we ordered them and about 25min more for our food. They started us off with chips and salsa which wasn't great. They had 4 different kind of salsa and only one was ok not great but ok. I'm a big Mexican and that's one thing I like. I also never had anyone put ice on a michelada before. Now for the good part the food. The food was awesome everything we ordered was delicious all the family agreed the food was spectacular. I ordered 2 tacos and thought I wasn't going to get full but I didn't they were filled to the brim. All that was missing was a good salsa. Overall I think I would recommend this restaurant for the food but I might encourage people for take out and have a nice salsa made at home to complement the delicious food.
