idk why some of y'all are going to a place known for cheesesteaks, ordering chicken tenders and fries then give the place such a low review. this is why i don't trust some of y'all

The cheesesteaks are absolutely the best i ever had in Houston. they're essentially my guilty pleasure.

Good food, not for groups or families.
Was so excited to see a papa genos close by, this is our 3rd visit, and our first with kids. We spent as much here ($60) as we would at much fancier place with much more food at the fancy places. The cashier was in and out and every time we had a problem, she would vanish. Items were cooked and delivered to table one at a time. We could tell because as sandwich 1 was delivered we heard the 2nd sandwich being cooked. Most of the pepper on the chicken Philly was piled in 1/8 of the sandwich. The cashier forgot to ring up an order of fries, then tried to claim she never heard the order. While I enjoy the food, I will not be bringing the kids or a group back again if I can help it.
