Triple J's Smokehouse

Awesome !! Is the best word choice for my review. The food, team members, atmosphere, price, and overall “customer service”. I live in Massachusetts but this is my must-have stop every winter while in Houston. I brag to my New England friends that they have not experienced BBQ until they experience Triple J Smokehouse. Triple J has maintained their standards over time and never disappointed me.

We showed up with a group of 53. Not only is the food spectacularly delicious the staff is amazing. They are friendly, gracious and super efficient. We had our food in minutes. Definitely recommend if you are in Houston.

Excellent spot for delicious BBQ. Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. Service is typically good. It has a great feel to it. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.

Expect a LONG line of people waiting to order. The crew on the food line do a great job of keeping things moving.

I really like the Little J which is plenty for me at lunch. Little J is baked potato that is stuffed with chopped beef. It comes with butter, green onions, and sour cream.

I just finished eating and I had to sit down and write this review! First, the guys behind the counter were very nice and quick to make sure I chose what I was wanting. I explained that I do not eat pork and they accommodated me as best as they could. The food was perfect, baked potato was amazing, and do not even get me started on that peach cobbler. This was my first time, and I promise you that it will definitely not be my last! The cobbler though..has to be witch craft?!?
