Red Lobster

1st time I got the chicken pasta and it was really good. I was happy to see that the chicken breast was seasoned and grilled just right. It really makes a difference.

Great waitress. But my mashed potatoes, and lobster bisque was very salty. I told her to notify the chef/cook. It's been a few years since we've been here thinking it was better. Next time, I guess

Wasn't too impressed with this place. As we were being seated, there was a couple of trays we passed with dirty plates and leftover food stacked up on it. When we left an hour later this stuff was still there. It wasn't even put away, it was in full view. Secondly, the drinks were super weak. We had a hurricane and margaritas. It was like drinking juice and flavored water. Our server smelled like cigarettes. Sirloin steak wasn't very tender (cooked medium), and there were pieces of lobster shell in my lobster pieces served in butter. The place still looks the same since I came here in high school over 20 years ago. Other than that, the restaurant looked clean and the bathrooms as well.

Excellent customer service when I came on 02/08/2019 in the evening. I wish I had gotten my servers name, she is a tall lady with long curly hair and a beautiful smile.
She was attentive, friendly and quick. The food was great, especially the biscuits, atmosphere was nice. This is the best service I have received at a Red Lobster in a long time.
