    Had coupon for footlong sandwich, all sandwiches are charged for cheese, even though I don't eat it

    Lettuce and sides are old. I had to ask for fresh lettuce, tomatoes etc because you could see the bowl was almost empty and the lettuce was changing color.
    Employees are really nice.
