McDonald's

service is a little slow. they focus more on drive thru then front of house. but food and coffee are good.

This place is fairly new, but my lord could things be more screwed up. We ordered from the kiosk, took our number and sat down. They brought our food, burgers and fries for everyone, the server sat down the trays and left. No drinks, no ketchup, I went to the counter, I said, no drinks. He handed some cups, the self serve ice tea was empty, the ketchup dispenser was empty. I went back to the counter, ice & ketchup please. Really, if you're going to offer an automated service e with delivery to the table, at least pretend like you care if you get it right. And the server says they won't let me fill the self service condiments or ice tea, WTF. For my first time in this place after the reopen, very disappointed in the service aspect. The food is what you would expect from McDonald's, I think the French Fries could cook another 30sec or so, put a little crisp on them, by the time I dip them in ketchup, limp & soggy. There's my soap box.

Just literally left from there and the young woman with McDonald's yellow nails ( i had to girl lmao ) was one of the best employee I've had
