Russo's New York Pizzeria

The food is great, the service is bad. I've been twice in two weeks, and both times have been happy with the food, but the service has been so bad, I doubt I'll go back. Most recent experience was tonight, I ordered food to go (ordered in the restaurant), I ordered spaghetti, a salad and garlic bread. I was quoted 20 minutes, which seemed lengthy considering the restaurant was empty, and I ordered spaghetti which doesn't take long to prepare, but I went with it. At the 20 minute mark, I heard someone in the kitchen say my name, the young man at the counter didn't respond, just kept hanging out with the other staff and talking, I got up and saw a to go bag on the counter with food in it. I waited ten more minutes, then went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be, the same young man looked up my order, walked to the bag, and brought it to me as it was, didn't add anything to it. My order had obviously been ready for a bit, he was more concerned with hanging out at the register and socializing, then made no attempt at apologizing for the delay, which was obviously on him. It's a shame, the food is good, but the service is so bad that I won't be back. I actually like the food better than J Christopher, but J Christopher knows how to treat their customers, so they'll get my business in the future. Russo's Kitchen, good job. Russo's front of the house staff, not so much. Can't recommend.

I rarely post review but this place is AMAZING. I was astonished how good it was. I'll be sure to snap some photos next time. You wont regret going here!

We love Russo's pizza, I prefer it over the other local pizza place, great menu, great service, even better eats. Was even happier when I found out they delivered - no more suffering through Papa John's delivered pizza anymore - that's a win in my book!!

Nice atmosphere and you can get a really good pie here. I reccomend the giant slice custom order with all your favorite toppings! A bit pricey for each additional topping but they use quality ingredients.
