Terrance is the best at customer service! ????He always has a smile or pleasant attitude when working , regardless of some of the customers attitudes!

I have been coming to this location for a long time and never had issues thus the 3 stars. Usually the service is good, food is good, and they stayed open late. Today was a bit of a different story. The young man behind the counter was a very rude young man to my partner. So we arrive, ask for chicken(the only thing my husband orders from here) they say the chicken is not available. My partner asks the young man to please get chicken out the freezer and he can warm it out at home. The young man goes and gets it. They start selecting the cheese and my husband noticed that the chicken piece is missing a good quarter in size. He asks for a full chicken piece instead of this one that's broken and partial the usual serving. The young man walks away ignoring not acknowledging what my husband said. The young man brings the next piece out and my husband explained you know I am paying for it so of course I would like a full piece of chicken not a broken piece on. The young man leaves again not saying one word. My husband was upset that this young man had such a horrible attitude. We left after being treated this way. We were not trying to be difficult just getting a chicken sandwich. Any paying person wants to get what they pay and served without any rude facial expressions or being ignored. I will be contacting the franchise customer service line.

Very clean and had EVERYTHING out fresh n ready. Love the smell of fresh naked bread and cookies together.????????
