Subway Restaurants

I was greeted as I walked through the door that is not common these days! Staff was friendly my sandwich was well prepared!I was willing to give 4 or 5 stars but for some reason at almost all Subway restaurants the employees never want to wash their hands after being out from behind the counter or after they cash a customer out. I know they put on gloves before they assemble the sandwich but the gloves are now contaminate as they put them on if they never even wash their hands to begin with! IJS... Can we please work on this!!! Thanks!!

I have lived in Summerwood for 12 yrs now and have been to Subway many times. They finally have a good staff. Their manager, Jose, recommended the new garlic spread with meatballs and I must say it was delicious. I was greeted by an employee, Francis, whom was very nice. I always make sure to look at employee’s badges to get their name just in case. Overall, I am glad and hope these employees stick around because for a nice area like Summerwood, we sure have seen our share of rude employees at Subway. This location is always busy and I’m glad that even then, I never wait long. Also, I love how the manager interacts with the customers. Great customer service!
