Pho Papa V’s

Not much variety at least not yet, only beef noodle soup, it looks nice inside

Broth is much better than grand opening week. I have been coming back multiple times since then.
Noodle - they introduced this fresh noodle to us for 0.75$ to try it out. I do not recommend the fresh noodle nor is it fresh. The noodle was partially hard and throughly cook at certain part. And the noodle was broken into pieces, which defeated the term noodle. From the look of the fresh noodle, it look like flat noodle from Chinese restaurant.
I strongly recommend the regular noodle

Went there for lunch with my coworkers. The beef noodle is nice the price is little bit higher than other Pho place in this area. Beside the food, the seat has no back to put your jacket. This may not be an issue in the summer time. In the winter time, people will have trouble to hang their coat/jacket when eating hot food.

Pricey for what I am getting and compared to other locations. I did like the meat but not the broth. The place was very clean and I like that the kitchen was out in the open and viewable.
