Burns Original BBQ

My gosh! That's all I can say. I've eaten AND cooked plenty of BBQ, but Burns is the best! This man has been smoking BBQ IN BUSINESS since 1973. The myth of Anthony Bourdain and his wise words "So if you're on a quiet rural road in Houston and you see a huge line, get in it - you may just get to try one of the tastiest secrets in America." You WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! I have no other words.

Burns is... Bittersweet. The sweet is the best BBQ in Houston, bar none. And that's saying something, as H-Town has some stiff competition when it comes to this stuff. Nothing fancy here, picnic tables outside, counter service, cramped inside. Prices are right, given the fact that you won't find better. Portions are generous, sides aren't an afterthought, like at so many others.
Now for the bitter...well, just look across the parking lot at the mural when you exit. You'll see what I mean.

Great BBQ, love the atmosphere of sitting outside and enjoying your food picnic style. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Anything you order is going to be delicious.

I always love the food here if you have never awarded yourself with the pleasure of Burns you been missing out. If your friends never told you about Burns they not real friends get you some new friends. I have tried the 3 meat plate good, 3 meat bake potato great. I always love the ribs, the homemade sausage. Then you have to purchase the Burns barbecue sauce treat yourself we only get one life. It is worth the visit

Awesome! A bit pricey, but well worth it. Has to be hands down some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten. Come hungry, the portions are generous. Also, come early, the line(s) get long quick. Phone your order in if possible. Would recommend to anyone who likes BBQ!
