Brian was awesome. Management came to table and talk to us since we had never been here and even the bartender came and answered questions. This place is well worth it!!

Loved this place. It appears that it's a local favorite with an older crowd. Bar was jammed with locals (according to our server) enjoying happy hour. Our dinner was delicious. The Frito pie Mac & cheese was fantastic. Good service, reasonable prices. We'll be back.

Service is attentive and friendly, food is good, quality consistently good Great neighborhood restaurant. Even when busy, service maintains pace. Very casual, yet linens on table, glasses polished. Can be dressed up or dressed down. All welcome. Private dining room, plus nice bar seating to watch game. Sunday brunch, exceptional. Noise level muted, so conversation easy. Prices fair. I go weekly.

Was pleasantly surprised by this locations well rounded menu. Have been looking for a place that had a buffalo mozzarella margherita pizza and was excited when they had one. Most of the people I went with enjoyed their lunch. The one major problem I had was I do not care for pesto sauce pizzas, and this Pizza which traditionally is made with red sauce had Pesto sauce. I was extremely disappointed when it came out. the crust was pretty good the cheese was good the basil was good and the pesto was alright. I wish I would have known it did not come with Red sauce though other wise I would have changed that.
It was better latter that night though when we made hamburgers I threw some of the leftover pizza on the grill and let the apple wood smoke work its magic for about 15-20 minutes. The pizza was almost perfect then.
Please make sure people are aware that it is not a traditional style red Sauce pizza.

Union Kitchen always has great food. Good variety of genres no matter what the taste. Excellent service and wine recommendation. This was my first trip to this location. More seating than the Bellaire location. Great choice for my dinner date.
