Subway Restaurants

Staff was nice. It was clean. Order was accurate. Signs were clear.

First: The Good. This Subway has a drive-thru, which is quite convenient. The person who took my order was patient and thorough. I ordered a 12" toasted Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Strips on 9-Grain Honey Oat with Sweet Onion sauce, lettuce, and pickles. The sandwich was delicious!

Second: The Bad. The person who took my payment and gave me the sandwich was rude. She took my card with no greeting. When I reached for the sandwich after putting my card away, she practically dropped the sandwich inside my car and turned around, shutting the window without an apology or any words for that matter. It felt like she was annoyed at something or someone. When I opened my poor dropped sandwich, it was so messy.

Last: The Ugly. Due to work on Almeda, it was hard to even get to the restaurant. You have to drive up Almeda and past the restaurant, then turn into the common lot and double back to Subway. Since it's near I-610, there is always congestion. I'm not sure which side has easier access.

In all, the drive-thru and food were nice, but I'm not sure if they're worth the hassle.

Subways never fail to fill your tummy with healthy food. The taste is never disappointing as you can customize with your own choice of everything - veggies/meat/sauces/cheese!
Love eating at subway and usually my first choice!

Good food and service, but they billed my credit card four times. I'm still trying to get that resolved. But for a quick lunch that was good eating, it was worth the hassel.
