    GM Regina & Delivery guy Robert have literally made my day! I wish the driver had a cash app cause I would have paid him for the phenomenal service I received from them both! They are originally out of my delivery area when I tell you I explain to the GM I was pregnant and didn’t mind paying extra she compensated me and they delivered to my office! I had to make a review THANK YOU BOTH KEEP UP THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Awesome sandwiches, the Italian is my favorite.
    When I first started going here the staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone seemed happy to work there.
    However, during my last 2 visits the service was slow and it seemed the morale of the staff was at an all time low.

    Jimmy Johns is one of my all time favorite lunch places. The food is always amazing and fresh. However, my last visit to this location, was not that great.

    I used to come to this location a few years ago, all the employees seemed very happy and upbeat, there was good music playing, and everyone seemed to enjoy their job.

    On my most recent visit, there was no music, there seemed to be a manager working, and they all seemed very robotic. No one was smiling.
