    Always an enjoyable experience with them. The staff is always in good spirits. Food is always delicious and hot. Fast service. Nice restaurant in a busy part of town.

    I'm not really a pancake fan but every once in a while I want pancakes. IHOP is the place. Great food clean and good service.
