Checkers

I am so glad we have a Checkers here at this location. Brand new store. They have the best burger in Houston, the "Big Buford". The service is excellent.

The food is good and properly cooked yet they seem to always get my drink order INCORRECT. Granted, this location is new and most, if not all, are young and this is not their calling. Hope for the best, won't dethrone anyone.

Very loud environment and not upkept. The staff and food were awesome and food was delivered timely with ease and little delay. It is definitely something that raised the expectation despite the crowds that visited the location.

They offered great customer service. I went through the drive thru and expected a long wait given the number of cars in queue ahead of me. The wait was not long and whoever was taking my order did not rush me and answered my questions quickly and concisely. I enjoyed the experience as well as the aesthetics. The '50's decor and the 2 for pricing made this a real treat. The only downside for me was that there was so much hype about the fries, which were just okay with seemingly small portions for the price.
