Some decent tasting Mall Ramen. Hot Miso is always good, glad to have this place downstairs from my office.

I eat at this place multiple times a week, the staff is usually very friendly and the food is usually really good, the last two times I was here I ordered the chicken curry but with vegetable fried rice instead of white rice, both times they did it without any questions and it was really good! Today I went to order it and the waitress just gave me a blank stare and said “we can’t do that.” I said “I ordered it this way the last two times I came in...” she said “umm I’ll check.” And proceeded to scream at the chef in Spanish. She turned around, looked annoyed and told me “we can do it this one time but no more, I don’t know who’s been letting you order it this way, and there will be an up charge.” I said “I’m fine with paying an up charge for it.”

I’m giving this place three stars because it’s typically really good and I’ve never encountered any rude staff here until today, but just telling someone you can’t order it with fried rice instead of white, when you offer fried rice on the menu as well, and acting so annoyed about the modification is a little ridiculous; then again not everyone knows how to deliver mediocre customer service I guess ????????‍♂️
