Authentic Banh Mi Baguettes with Vietnamese Mayo on the side ????

The Banh Mi was excellent. It’s definitely one of my top 3 spots to buy a bahn mi. The sandwich was simple, fresh, and I loved the Vietnamese Mayo on the side. The Mayo reminded me of liver paste that was seasoned beautifully. I do not usually like liver, but CT Banh is an exception with those awesome flavors.

The peanut sauce for the spring rolls did not have a thick consistency as other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been too. The mangonada was missing that hint of sour and spice to it.

I liked that they had Vietnamese coffee offered hot or iced.

Overall the vibe was clean and the staff were friendly. I’ll most definitely return.

I give this location 4 out of 5 stars because it did not have a baby changing table in the men’s restroom. It would be greatly appreciated if there was one for parents to change their infants while they wait for their order. Thank you.

Great food everything we tried was special. Best tofu I have had on this side of town. This will be our new goto spot.

Our family loves this place! The Vermicelli is DELICIOUS! So is everything else. We get the vegetarian spring rolls and the fried egg rolls. Super good and a must try. Our kids love it too!

The restaurant is spotless, the service was kind and prompt, and the food was delicious. I was also relieved that they had some vegetarian options. Up to this point, I had struggled to find a truly vegetarian banh mi. I will definitely be back!
