El Tiempo Cantina - Washington

Went here on a business lunch and ordered the shrimp and crab enchaladas. It was a very unique taste that I am not sure how to describe ???? but it grew on me and I regret nothing. Service was amazing very attentive and not over bearing. Prices were good too!

The food is great! It can be very crowded if you go on a weekend at busy hours but well worth the headache. If you like fajitas, spring for the grilll combo with a whole lobster (enough for two). Best value I have found in Houston. Also, finish everything off with the flan. It is fantastic.

Limited parking, but that goes with the location. Valet was fast. Margaritas were awesome. Food was fresh. My fajitas seemed to be missing a lot of meat though. It was the lunch portion so maybe that's all that comes with it. The menu is very long, so plenty of things to try.

These have got to be the best fajitas I've ever had! Everything was not only fantastic but better than I've had before. The tortilla, for example, was quite literally the best tortilla I've ever had. The price was great and their margarita was amazing. It's almost redundant in me writing everything was great but it's the only thing I can say!

I've been coming to El Tiempo for 5+ years and as far as I'm concerned, it is the BEST Tex-Mex restaurant in Houston. The fajitas, aka the "bottle service" of Tex Mex, are the best in town. Hands down. They provide a wide variety of delicious meal options if you don't want to order the fajitas but, I highly suggest you split a half pound/pound of beef, quail and lobster. You'll be coming back for more for a long time.
