A Moveable Feast Houston-Health Food, Vitamins & Supplements

My girlfriend and I ordered burgers; her, the grass feed Angus beef burger and I, the bison Burger. They both were really good and decently portioned. They came with blue corn tortia chips(we didn't see a potato option)The prices weren't too bad and it was nice to have options for gluten,vegan,dairy free(etc). Be for warned: they do not carry sodas of any kind from what we could see but they did offer some really great teas,smoothies, and fresh juices. The price generally for food platers ranged from $9 to the most expensive at $17. They have a decent overall selection of types of dishes offered. Seating is comfy and chill. The store part tho, its a bit overprice IMO compared to whole food or even other places.

I'm just upset that I haven't discovered this gem sooner! I had the shrimp and avocado cheese sandwich and it was amazing! Glad I showed up early for lunch because the line was super long by the time my coworker had finished. Will be back soon! Also, the attached shop had a lot of great products and the staff was very helpful with answering questions.

This health food restaurant, supplement store, herb source of 400+ herbs is really a secret in Houston. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the wholesome experience of friendship, owners and staff that care, natural whole food, etc. You won't be embarrassed if you bring a friend. They will say, "What a great place to hang out!" I go here at least once a week and send friends who need a good quick source for herbs & supplements.

Very delicious food! So tasty and just all around good. We come here a lot and the staff is always very nice and welcomes us. If you ever want Tex- Mex or just a good meal come here! So good and nutritious!

So hard to find places like this! I used to go to Georgia’s farmers market on I-10 before they closed to bulk herbs and non traditional medicine. This place is better! You can find so many great things here at really good prices plus they have a cafe inside with home cooked healthy food. They have lots of vegan options.
I love making my own herb blends and tonics and this store has lots to select from in whatever quantity I needed.
