Maclane's Cafe

Worst service I have ever received in a walk up restaurant. The young girl taking the order was rude and when I repeated my order to insure that it was correct, she acted offended and told me she got the order right. After ten minutes, the order arrived and was wrong. When I told her why the order was wrong, she wanted to argue with me. I told her I was not going to argue with her, but she persisted even as I walked away. I left the restaurant with out the order. I will never go back again and I am going to be happy to tell ALL my dining our friends and YMCA friends what terrible service and people work there.

Very good food. Like the variety

What a gem of a neighborhood cafe. The chili was flavorful and robust. The Gunslinger burger was excellent and the lemon arugula a nice surprise. Great service from Gary topped off with a Blue Bell homemade vanilla shake and a tableside visit from the owner made for a pleasant Friday night outing. If you are in the Tanglewood and Briargrove area you deserve to treat yourself at Maclane's.

Wow Chef Cosmos is really doing his thing at Mclanes! I absolutely loved the food and the wine! The owner was so nice! Sharp dresser!

Excellent hamburgers and french fries. Cute atmosphere too. It was a little chilly though when it was 45 degrees outside it felt like the AC was on.
