Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar

Good margaritas and drinks. I suggest sitting at the bar - best service. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item ordered, and the cheese enchiladas I did receive were lukewarm and mediocre at best. Maybe fajitas will be a better choice on a subsequent visit.

Good food, good drinks. The place was pretty busy. It seemed like they needed one more person working to keep up. The bar tender had to go to the kitchen to get the food for people at the bar, leaving the bar essentially unattended. The bar tender was busting his butt to make it work, but I could tell some folks were frustrated.

Stopped in because I have Priority Pass and figured it was a low risk meal. The food was okay with a mass produces food service feel. Nothing stood out as must have. The decor was typical chain restaurant, lots of flair and not a lot of substance.

The friendly service was decent. The folks genuinely tried hard but everyone seemed scattered and disorganized. With only half a dozen tables occupied, it worked out. Can't imagine how chaotic it would have been had the place been full.

Sat down at 5:00PM. 5:24PM - still no drinks, no food, no sign of the waiter.

Update 3/28: sat down at bar. Service is much quicker (though much less people). Good drinks.
