Wow, amazing customer service over the phone. Joanne was so professional and helpful! I love Papa John's and this location seems to have its act together.

I recently returned to my house after Hurricane Harvey destroyed my house, and my neighborhood. Due to injuries, I haven't been able to repair my house.
I don't have a kitchen yet, so I ordered some pizzas from the Papa John's on Fuqua. The manager, Sam, was so kind. She went above and beyond to make sure that my order was made correctly, and in our conversation, she showed that she truly cares about her customers and the neighborhood that she covers.
The delivery driver, Joanne, was equally genuinely thoughtful and caring. I'm disabled and she offered to bring the pizzas in the house and she spoke some kind words to me, and wished me well.
Admittedly, I wasn't a big fan of the PJ staff before the flood. But, the new manager, and staff are exceptional! Good people make better tasting pizza! ????????
