The Raven Grill

It’s fine. My food was not great though my date enjoyed hers. Overall the place is dated and just seems meh overall. Some people I know find this place romantic and cozy so perhaps you will too, but I can’t honestly say the same.

We found this restaurant while visiting Houston for a gymnastics meet. It was absolutely delicious! The bread, the wine, the entrees, and the dessert were wonderful!! Our waitress, Emily was very helpful and polite. She was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. It was such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere as well. If you are ever in Houston, I recommend this restaurant!!

I truly enjoyed my first experience here. My server was excellent, I really loved the atmosphere, and the food was very good. I ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and asked that the Black Bean Salsa be removed, due to food allergies, which they happily did. The food came out exceptionally fast, perhaps due to it being a Tuesday, and I appreciated the manager and staff checking in on all of the patrons without being overbearing. I'll have to come back again in order to try some of their other dishes but, for my first visit, I left completely satisfied.

Service is strong; menu has enough of variety to keep things interested. The meal, itself, was very flavorful and presented nicely.

The room is a bit noisy but if we expect that, it was fine. Local beer selection are respectful.

They are so nice there. We ALWAYS have great food and great service. Their burgers are awesome and fresh! Don't eat too much of their fresh bread before your meal comes! The burgers and food in general are large portions!
