Tommy's Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Great little shop. We tried the basket that has everything in it. The fish was fresh, chicken was tender, shrimp was taste and pretty good sized. The oysters were even good, even though I don't care for them. Everything was made fresh to ordered. Service was also great. I would love to see more of these little eateries around.

Ordered half a dozen fried oysters (wasn't terribly hungry) and a cup of seafood gumbo (which was good and reasonably priced - no complaints there). Was told by server oysters were nice and big, hence why I only wanted half dozen. Oyster were, at best, small to medium size, and accompanied by absolutely nothing. $18. $3/oyster. That is severely over-priced in my opinion. Could have had a dozen plus fries for $22 off lunch menu but didn't feel I could have eaten all that and didn't want to waste. Lesson learned. They were good though.

oysters... so tasty. This place has a great atmosphere. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

Saul and his team were very attentive. Glasses & bread were never empty. The food here is fantastic. I was thoroughly satisfied with the fried green tomatoes, Caesar salad, grilled oysters, & the shrimp diablo. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful meal & service!

This was a birthday treat from my wife and she hit it out of the park with this selection. We didn't have a reservation, so we sat at the bar which is first come - first served. That did not diminish the stylish atmosphere. The atmosphere is stylish without stuffiness. Friendly, helpful staff. The crispy salmon was recommended to us by a friend, so that is what we both had, which is rare for us. But, it was so good it may happen again. The prices we're reasonable. We shared the Voodoo Shrimp appetizer, the entree (came with a salad too), shared a dessert, and a glass of wine each for less than $100. I was very impressed and we will be back.
